The ComplexCore application allows you to easily create and manage training plans for your clients. You can choose from 444 unique exercises which are all categorized so that you can easily select the best exercises for your particular client. The whole process, from selecting the ideal exercises, to printing or emailing the training plan is streamlined to be straightforward and quick.
All exercises are shown with professional photographs and many of them also include a video.
The software will be updated regularly and new exercises will be available for download in the future.

What exactly do I get when I buy this software?
You will receive a license to use one copy of this software on one of your computers or, if you buy the three pack, you can use the software on 3 computers. This license includes the right to use the included 444 exercises to create training plans that you can distribute for personal and commercial use. The software is only available for digital download. No physical product will be shipped.
Will there be updates for the software?
Yes, the software will be updated regularly to include new features and improve the user experience. If you want to request a new feature or report a bug, feel free to contact us. Additionally to the free updates for the application, we will release advanced sets of exercises that can be purchased in our online shop.
Can I email the training plans I created to my clients?
Yes, the application allows you to save your training plans in a format that can be easily opened by anyone with Windows installed. You can simply attach those files to your emails.
Does the software create PDF files?
No, the software creates files in a format called XPS. This format is the new standard which was created to replace PDF. Anyone with a recent version of Windows is able to read those documents without needing any additional software. If you want to create PDFs of your training plans, you can use 3rd party tools. (e.g. FreePDF)

After I installed the software, there are only few exercises available. There is a message about an update, but nothing happens. What's wrong?
In order to install all exercises, your Windows user account needs administrative rights. In some installations of Windows Vista and Windows 7 this is not the case. To successfully install all exercises, follow this guide. If you need any help, feel free to contact our customer support.
