The Book

Our past in competitive sports and many years of experience in supporting athletes and patients always lead us to the same point: the core is the central factor - the mobility, the segmental stability and the complex force are important requirements for prevention and optimal performance.


We collected exercises for over 10 years and systematized them with the goal to create an overview, orientation and sophisticated structure in a single compact book, which shows a way through the large variety of possibilities for core training in therapy and sports.

 

 Some highlights from the content of the book:

  • 444 photographed and systematized exercises for core mobilisation and stabilisation with and without additional devices
  • Exercises are divided into muscle groups, starting positions, difficulty levels, complexity and muscle activation
  • The structure in the book provides the reader with a methodical understanding of the construction of exercises
  • Basic information about anatomy and training methods are described for easy understanding
  • Simple tests to determine individual performance levels
  • Detailed commentary on illustrations and well-arranged overview tables guarantee a easy planning of training programs

 

The book is only available in German. Our Software is completely in English and it contains all the exercises of the book.
