The Book
Our past in competitive sports and many years of experience in supporting athletes and patients always lead us to the same point: the core is the central factor - the mobility, the segmental stability and the complex force are important requirements for optimal performance and injury prevention.
We collected exercises for over 10 years and have now systematized them, with the goal of creating an overview, orientation and a sophisticated structure in a single compact book, which shows a way through the large variety of possibilities for core training in therapy and sports.
