We have made it our goal to offer companies and their employees professional and individual support – through education, regular physical screenings and recommendations for activity and health.

The ComplexCore team provides the following services:

Our ComplexCore team provides information for your employees regarding the project, general health, injury prevention and other health-related topics.

A basic muscle-function screening will be performed by our physiotherapists to detect strengths and weaknesses in mobility, flexibility, stability and coordination.

The test results will be analyzed by our ComplexCore+ team and the individual training goals will be defined.

Each employee will receive individual exercise programs that can be implemented in their daily life easily.

All exercises can be performed at home as a daily routine without any training equipment required.
