Pioneering

Higher motivation and quality of life, mental and physical fitness, team spirit and the positive feeling of appreciation. Occupational health involves far more than being highly productive on the job. We have made it our goal to offer companies and their employees professional and individual support of the highest standard - through regular and systematic training based on the ComplexCore+ exercise concept.

Individual profile for every single employee
Therapeutic testing by physiotherapists and kinesiologists for mobility, stability, flexibility and coordination.

Address the issues
Employee sensitisation in the form of a kick-off presentation.
Personal training plans
Based on the individual assessments, all employees receive their own, personal exercise programme – on request by email, as a printout or via the ComplexCore+ training app. The app offers the additional benefit of providing detailed instructions for all exercises in the form of pictures, descriptive texts and videos.

Train continuously
You receive the latest plans regularly every 14 days or by unique arrangement based on your needs. One training session usually lasts 30-40 minutes. All exercises can be completed at home with minimal equipment.
Team spirit motivates
In addition to tailor-made individual training, ComplexCore+ offers you regular, parallel group sessions for fresh impetus in the everyday training routine.

Stopping is not an option
The fitness of every single employee is re-assessed in regularly conducted re-tests, after which the training plans are adapted to the adequate performance level.
